I have to agree with the iFlow person. Its rather lame to use and compare another game to try to raise another game above the crowd. It should stand on its own merit. I'm pretty sure once Gears comes out Vanquish will be forgotten about.

They said the game is already done. Which means they met their target date of completion. Everything else, I would assume, would be to give the game legs until they find out what they want to do next.

iFLow...Actually that would be $65 million in profit...to split. Seeing as though, by your statement, that their investment was a total of $10 million. But I see where you're coming from and it sounds reasonable.

Your're right about advertising. I have never seen a commercial for AW. Crackdown 2 has more ads than AW.

Seriously, you sound so upset over that persons opinion. Maybe they just aren't impressed with what the PS3 has to offer. Not everyone has to like the same thing you know. For anyone who calls his comment dumb or whatever is immature. You and I both like the PS3 that should be all that matters. People have their reasons for liking or disliking something and for the most part it's an opinion that's all.

Or maybe they meant they don't need ANOTHER console that does both. Anyway, as soon as I get my loot figured out, I'll be getting a PS3.

That's what a great game should be...fun. I read the second opinion piece at ign and one of the people said..."CD2 is great fun but it needs to be more than that..." I'm sorry but if me and that person was hiking a mountain and he told me that shit, I'd probably push him off the ledge. I understand what he is trying to do and its cool as far as I'm concerned. Everyone might start doing things this way with episodic content. But, I still think you need to put out a demo. The concept of demos isn't terrible, its the actual demos that are put out that are. Most demos are the ones that are 6-12 months old from gaming conventions that are given to gamers. They should release the freshest demo for us gamers if they want to see more positive results.
